Mr. Santoso was appointed as President Commissioner based on the resolution of the AGM in 2009 and was re-elected based on the resolution of the AGM held in 2012. He chairs the Nomination & Remuneration Committee. He has been a Commissioner of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk since 2004 and has served as a Director of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk; a Commissioner of PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk; Non-Executive Director of First Pacific; Member of the Advisory Board of Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company, the Philippines. Mr. Santoso completed his education at Ngee Ann College in Singapore.
