Mr. Soedono Salim (Liem Sioe Liong) passed away in peace on Sunday, 10 June 2012 in Singapore at 15:08 local time (or 14:08 Jakarta Time). Mr. Salim was 97 and left a wife named Lie Kiem Nio, with three sons: Albert Halim, Andree Halim, Anthoni Salim and a daughter Mira Salim.

On behalf of all the employees and the management team of Indofood Group, we would also like to express our most profound condolences. We have lost a role model that we will continue to admire. Mr. Soedono Salim was also known as a visionary individual who was humble, hardworking, discipline, and loyal.

The funeral service is presently being held at Mount Vernon Funeral Parlours 1 & 2 on 121 Upper Aljunied Road, Singapore 367878. The funeral will be held on Monday 18 June 2012 in Choa Chu Kang Cemetery, at 14:00 local time (13:00 Jakarta Time).
